let's talk about the weather. AGAIN

it's not a good sign of things when you can look out the window and see people cross country skiing down the street.

nor is it a good sign when it is so cold outside that thick, icy frost starts to form on the inside of the windows, causing the curtains to get stuck to the frames. seriously, who thought it was a good idea to make window frames out of aluminum? brilliant.
it's slack week and i'm stuck in this miserable cold, writing my thesis, while everyone else gets to hit the warm, sunny beaches. when they told you that life wasn't fair, they were right.
